Two capsules of the substance
Would 'fix' any reluctance:

The hyperactive circulating
We'll quiet down by sedating,
Troubled nervous system
Chemically assisting.

Bug is crouching on the floor?
We'll sprinkle him till he is no more.
The wonder kid's running around?
Liquid solution will dumbfound.
